PRACTICE FOCUS

Feridun was the Lead counsel for all EnerjisaEnerjiÜretim litigation and regulatory matters. He was also the Lead counsel for Hyundai AssanOtomotiv San ve Tic. (A.Ş., Istanbul) and all its industrial and corporate matters.  As such, Feridun focuses today on international project finance as well as joint ventures.

REPRESENTATIVE LEGAL MATTERS

-          Negotiated and prepared drafting of electricity off take agreements, natural gas purchase agreements, system use agreements, and power plant construction agreements for an international power company.

-          Advised an international oil company with regards to its operation and agreements in the South of Iraq.

-          Litigated many cases related to international intellectual property and licensing agreements.
