PRACTICE FOCUS

Mr. Burhan Adam Omar is the Director of the Garowe office. He is also the current Dean at the Faculty of Law and Director of Legal Aid Clinic at Puntland State University. He has previously served as deputy and as lecturer at the same university.

REPRESENTATIVE LEGAL MATTERS

-          Advised the Puntland Government and the Ministry of Commerce and Industry on commercial regulations and matters.

-          Advised the Puntland Government on international commercial transactions.

-          Advised international companies and private equity funds on their setup and operation.

-          Advised NGOc and UN agencies on legal matters.
