Ahmad has more than ten years of legal experience in Saudi Arabia, and has been mainly focusing on aviation, civil and commercial matters. Ahmad has also an in-depth knowledge in litigation across the different courts of Jeddah and Riyadh.

REPRESENTATIVE LEGAL MATTERS

-       Advised Saudi Airlines with regards to its major transactional work, mainly leasing agreements, aviation finance, fuel supply agreements and the like.

-       Advised a Chinese bank with regards to its overseas commercial activities related to Saudi Arabia, mainly guarantee letters, counter-guarantees, as well as their enforcement.

-       Litigated more than one hundred cases related to civil, criminal and commercial matters, representing local as well as foreign parties.
