PRACTICE FOCUS

Mohamed has six years of legal experience in Basra, and has been mainly focusing on corporate, tax and commercial matters. Ahmad has also an in-depth knowledge in litigation across the different courts of Basra and Riyadh.

REPRESENTATIVE LEGAL MATTERS

-       Advised a Kuwaiti leading oil service company with regards to its commercial dispute with the Iraqi Drilling Company and the Iraqi Ministry of Oil.

-       Litigated more than one thirty cases related to civil, criminal and commercial matters, representing local as well as foreign parties.
